Can packages be tailored to my business?

Yes. We can discuss different content quantities, platforms and services to suit your goals and budget, with a tailored quote.

What happens after the three-month introductory offer?

The monthly fee becomes $150 for Essentials or $300 for Growth. We'll make the ongoing price clear before you sign up.

Can I send you my own photos, videos and finished posts?

Yes. You can supply footage for editing. Growth includes two edited reels per month. We also schedule unlimited finalised, approved, ready-to-publish content on your included platforms, subject to reasonable notice and platform limits.

What does Google Reviews management include?

We check new reviews weekly and reply to all of them. Sensitive complaints are referred to you for approval before a response is posted.

What does Google Business Profile optimisation cover?

An initial review of business information, links, categories and supplied photos, plus ongoing routine maintenance. Complex verification and account recovery are separate.

Do you offer paid advertising?

Our Performance package is planned but not yet available. When launched, advertising spend will be paid separately from management fees.

Do you work outside Sydney or with other industries?

Yes. Maya Media works with businesses across industries, throughout Australia and internationally.
